Acceptance
By creating an account or using daey, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
daey is a tree-based outliner for organizing thoughts, tasks, and notes. We provide the service as-is and continuously improve it. Features may change, but we will not remove core functionality without notice.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address. One person, one account — automated account creation is not permitted.
Your data
You own your data. We do not claim any rights to the content you create in daey. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Acceptable use
Do not use daey to store or distribute illegal content, malware, or content that infringes on others' rights. Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. daey stores data locally on your device as well as in the cloud, so you can continue working offline. We are not liable for data loss — please maintain your own backups for critical information.
Pricing
daey is free during the beta period. When we introduce paid plans, existing users will receive advance notice. We will never retroactively charge for usage during the free period.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms after providing notice where possible. Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted from our servers.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
